About Us
ERG Group of companies was established in August 2008 following a management buyout of Ready Workforce when Chandler Macleod decided to withdraw from the New Zealand market. Ready Workforce is the Industrial Permanent Recruitment and Labour Hire services brand for the Chandler Macleod Group.
ERG secured both the Ready Workforce branches in Auckland and Wellington. In 2011 ERG restructured into three separate brands: ERG Workforce Ltd (Auckland based), ERG Recruitment Ltd (Permanent Consultancy- Auckland) ERG Workforce Wellington Ltd We continue to offer a full New Zealand coverage through an affiliation with a South Island agency.
