Company History

In August 2004 Chandler Macleod acquired Arrow Personnel in Ellerslie Auckland. With over 10 years of local experience, Arrow was heavily involved in both temporary and permanent recruitment, primarily in the Industrial sector but also in the office support sector.

In April 2006 Chandler Macleod acquired the business of Match2, a business that had been operating in Wellington for more than 10 years, and established Ready Workforce at its Lower Hutt office to service Wellington clients. These two offices operated under the management of John Harland who was the New Zealand General Manager.

In June 2008 Chandler Macleod made a decision to withdraw from the New Zealand Industrial market to concentrate on its Australian operations and offered the business to John as a going concern. Having managed the business since January 2005 John bought the business together with Bill Gray who was the current Wellington Manager, and Fiona Harland who had been in a Management position with a white collar professional recruiter in Auckland.
These three Directors have a combined experience in the Recruitment Industry of more than 45 years.
