Fiona Harland

Fiona Harland MRCSA (Director) After 10 years as a full time Mum to her 3 children Fiona re entered the workforce into the field of Newspaper Advertising. Having been introduced to Recruitment in her pre children days she was enticed back in 1997 as a consultant for a Global Recruitment Company and went on to become Manager of their successful South Island branch. Fiona built on her success and relocated to Auckland as their Key Account Manager NZ overseeing the service delivery to five top tier accounts in the Energy, Airline, and FMCG, Banking and Commercial sectors.
A 3 year move to Australia saw her recruiting into the Import/Export market and also managing a high volume recruitment project within the FMCG sector.
Returning home Fiona contracted to an internal recruitment centre in Banking & Finance, took some time out to train as an Air New Zealand reservation consultant as well as a secondment to their internal contact centre recruitment team. She returned to external recruitment in 2007 and joined forces with her husband in 2008 with the purchase of Ready workforce.
Fiona is passionate about encouraging the potential in all people and cannot imagine working in any other industry that offers such cultural diversity and change on a daily basis.
Fiona holds the MRCSA (Professional Recruiter) status permitting her to use the post nominal’s MRCSA.
 
On a personal note: Fiona is a Board Director for the Complex Family Foundation -The Foundation was birthed from our Founder's (Jill Darcey) passion to no longer have our Split Families and Broken Homes being put into the ʻToo Hard Basketʼ, effecting society for generations to come. Complex Family Foundationʼs purpose is to deliver world-class programs, inspiring and practical by nature, for the development of Complex Families globally.
In her spare time Fiona enjoys spending quality time with her Grandchildren, Reading, and Travelling - Business permitting.
