Our Process

Recruitment Methodology

When  ERG is given a job brief we generally advertise the position to allow potential candidates to apply. As soon as we recieve the response our consultants will spend some time assessing your qualifications to determine a good match for the position. Our next step is to invite you in to register your details and have a confidential interview at your local ERG office.

We encourage feedback from you at any stage of the process. If you are unsure or would like further information please just ask....
