Sales Coordinator Role – Strategy & Projects

Working closely with the GM New Zealand Sales and his Senior Management Team you will essentially be the GMs right hand person.
You will provide planning, organisational and customer service support to the Sales and Retail teams along with responsibility for maintaining the leading indicators within SHE&Q (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality)
 
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating call cycle planning & providing system support for the CRM system
  • Following up on customer enquiries
  • Managing & resolving customer account problems
  • Sales reporting
  • Allocating, monitoring & following up on sales leads
  • Working collaboratively with other business departments to ensure that customers have an excellent experience
  • Responsible for SHE&Q (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) reporting 
 
So Who Are You?

This is a role that requires you to be an exceptional communicator, with strong customer focus combined with a real drive to solve problems and follow enquiries through to resolution.
You will be well organised and highly detailed with strong computer and numeracy skills. A minimum of 2 – 3 years business experience preferably in a similar role is highly desirable.
Travel will be required within NZ and possibly off shore to ensure that you are in-touch with the challenges that the day to day teams face.
