BOC is the leading provider of gases and related products, services and technical solutions in the South Pacific. Applications are invited for the position of Gas & Gear Supervisor Hamilton, reporting to the Central North District Manager. As Gas & Gear Supervisor, your role will be to lead and manage your team to exceed sales, service, inventory and profit.

You’re Responsibilities:

The Leadership and management of your team

Delivering of sales and profit targets
The Continuous improvement to customer service
Delivering operational effectiveness.

So Who Are You?

We need someone who thrives on building and maintaining long term customer relationships. Some one who will lead by example and encourage and motivate their team daily.

You will need to be business savvy with experience in maintaining the operational aspects of a performance related business.

Proven communication skills are essential along with an energetic and high performing attitude.

There is no substitute for experience so your background within an industrial environment along with knowledge of welding, industrial gases, and refrigeration and safety products will be highly beneficial to your application.
