BOC is a leading provider of gases and related products, services and technical solutions in the South Pacific and they are now seeking dedicated Account Managers who will be responsible for managing a group of Industrial Products customers in the nominated regions. 

Your prime focus would be to actively win, retain and grow the business in the region and help maintain market leadership.
You would be responsible for the sale of Industrial Gases; Welding and Safety products to BOC customers and the role would require an appreciable amount of time on the road.

A demonstrable affinity with or an interest in the product lines carried by BOC is expected and most importantly you will need to be able to demonstrate your abilities in developing strong long term relationships. Evidence of your proven customer service focus and the desire to achieve profitable business growth in a competitive market will be essential.

Your key accountabilities will be to:
  • Meet and exceed your sales targets
  • Proactively grow market share
  • Actively collaborate with other business channels to achieve regional business targets
  • Have a strong commitment to and understanding of safety requirements.

Your key attributes will be:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
  • Understanding of modern business systems
