This high profile freight forwarding company, with a well-earned reputation for the speedy, reliable and secure delivery of urgent and important items, is looking for a talented, proactive, energetic, decision maker who is not afraid to get down on the frontline and work alongside the team.

You should have the flexibility to be able to work on both the Afternoon & Night shifts if required. Based in Highbrook you will be running a team of 10 – 15 staff and assisting the Managers in controlling 50+ staff ensuring resources are allocated to the right areas at the right times. Working in a modern environment with state of the art equipment, including SCADA type interfaces, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and enhance your career development.
Your commitment to excellence and a proactive attitude to providing services at the highest possible standard needs to be able to be demonstrated.

Key abilities:

Previous Supervisory experience
Problem Solving skills – able to make on the spot decisions
Fit and willing to get in and help when necessary
Computer Knowledge
A passion for Health & Safety in the workplace
A commitment to providing top of the line service to the clients
Excellent communication skills in all forms
