Rachael Austin

Rachael Austin Para Consultant/Administration Support 
Rachael previously worked for ERG Recruitment until she left on maternity leave in 2016. We are delighted that in 2018 we have been able to entice Rachael back into our team. Rachael will provide a range of administration support such as database and application management along with candidate inductions. She is essentially the glue that keeps the branch together, a critical role supporting a busy team.
Having been a stay at home mums for the last few years to her three children, Rachael is happy and eager to be back in the workforce. She has many years of work experience in different fields and is a fast paced, keen learner and worker.
Rachael loves to interact with many different people from different backgrounds and enjoys the time she has speaking with people and helping them feel welcomed and relaxed. Rachael has basic Samoan speaking skills which is valuable in the diverse Recruitment industry. 

On a personal note: Rachael treasures and enjoys her family time in the weekends with her children.  She also really loves the time she spends with her friends having a laugh over a meal or a good cup of coffee.  She has a love of hip hop music and manual cars.
