  • Salary of up to $55,000 p/a + a monthly bonus after 6 months of employment
  • Based in Mt Wellington with parking on site

  • Hours of work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

An opportunity has arisen to work for a family owned company with a Trans-Tasman presence, within the customer service area of the business. Our client specialises in repairing and maintaining a range of equipment from scales, label printers through to packaging machinery along with the manufacture and supply of labels.

About the Role:
A large part of this role is taking incoming calls, processing customer orders, placing information into the database, providing quotes and creating invoices. You will also be responsible for following up with call cycles – checking in on clients, asking about new orders or requirements they have and potential forecasts for the coming months. Communicating with and working alongside the Sales Representatives to provide the best level of support possible.
 
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop ongoing relationships both internally and externally to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Energetic and driven to get the best outcome for the client and the business
  • Intermediate user of MS Office – word, excel and outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and Accurate
  • A full drivers licence – you’ll need to be flexible to drop off items to customers
  • Ability to multitask and work independently and follow tasks through to completion as well as work in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a willingness to “give things a go”
  • Good critical thinking in order to diagnose problems, and then ascertain who the best person would be to help resolve the issue
  • Good ability to prioritise tasks, based on importance
