ERG Recruitment owners, John and Fiona, have been in the recruitment industry for over 20 years and have worked as consultants from the ground floor up. Our Branch Manager Melissa has been with us for 6 years and has hands on experience across both Temp & Perm.
What are we looking for in our next consultant?
  • Excellent computer skills – we use Bullhorn Cloud software
  • Intermediate user of MS Office Suite
  • Sales ability or experience  
  • Energy, confidence and determination–in bucket loads
  • Flexibility – This is not a straight 9 – 5 job
  • Ability to be a proactive 360 recruiter
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to ask the hard questions and read people well
  • An understanding of health & safety practices
As part of the ERG Team you will have:
  • An opportunity to play a hands-on role in growing the ERG business & culture with direct access to the decision makers
  • Excellent admin support if required
  • Well defined Internal process & systems
  • Room to grow and develop the current client base  
  • External & internal training
  • Usual business tools, mobile, laptop, shared company car
  • Base salary, and Commission
  • Be eligible for a profit share after 6 months of employment
It will be ideal:
  • If you have prior recruitment experience or exposure
  • Or 2 – 3 years office experience in a Sales, Customer service, or an Administration based role and would love to give Recruitment a go.
  • You might even be a graduate that has focused on Employment or HR and want to gain real life experience.
