About the Role: 
In this role you will be responsible for driving new business whilst maintaining good relationships with all existing clients. You will be resilient and can self-manage your call cycles and new business pipeline. You should have no issue working autonomously and be responsible and reliable. Your main responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
  • Developing a solid sales pipeline with new business leads
  • Able to convert leads into opportunities, and close the deal
  • Implement and manage your call cycles
  • Able to capture and manage your administration
  • Strive to exceed KPI’s and Targets
  • Provide outstanding customer centric solutions

About you:
You will be a diligent and resilient go getter who enjoys the rush of new business. You will also enjoy a challenge and be eager to push yourself to make some good commission. Working in a sales environment where you have the opportunity to learn, train and grow, with ongoing support from an established team. You will also need to have the following:
  • At least a couple of years of experience gained in new business development
  • Proven sales growth and exceeding targets/KPI’s essential
  • Able to manage the end to end sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Outstanding presentation with articulate communication skills
  • Have strong integrity and present with strong relationship abilities
