Customer Service- Wood Panel Supplier

A recent opportunity has arisen to work in a Customer service capacity within the Wood Panel Supplier company based in East Tamaki. 
Being the first person to greet visitors and incoming calls, you will be working in a friendly and open office environment. You will be responsible for entering orders, quoting prices, creating invoices using xonet. 
The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm – with no weekend work. 
Key Duties: 
  • Managing email orders and orders over the phone and entering orders in to the system
  • Quoting prices from the price list
  • Creating account invoices and processing payments
  • Face to face customer service
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with general receptionist duties
Skills and Experience: 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have Office Administration experience
  • Previous experience with accounts receivable or payable function will be highly advantageous
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite
  • Keen eyes for attention to detail
  • Able to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Pay rate of $22 to $24 per hour + 8% holiday pay + kiwi saver contribution
  • Modern and tidy open plan office to work within
  • Approachable management to assist you
  • Temp to Perm for the person
