With over 27 years industry experience Fiona has worked across Temp, Perm, Account Management and Branch leadership.

Fiona is a member of the RCSA (Recruitment Consulting and Staffing Association) and is a current NZ RCSA councillor. Fiona was awarded the CEO Outstanding Contribution Award in 2025 . This award recognises an individual in the Recruitment community who consistently goes above and beyond to support and lead meaningful change in our industry.

Fiona is in her 3rd year on the RCSA council for New Zealand and with her wealth of experience allows her to raise awareness of the value of professional recruitment and advocate for the protection of all jobseekers and the businesses whom employ them.

Fiona has a keen interest in youth education and employability and has previously volunteered her time supporting such initiatives that encourage better outcomes for those that are NEETS ( Not in Education, Employment or Training)

2015 – 2018 Fiona was a volunteer with the Youth Employability Programme in both Auckland and Hawkes Bay. Initially as a part of a panel of businesses to add a voice to the establishment of this critical programme run by COMET Auckland at that time.
2017 - 2019 Fiona was a volunteer Board Trustee for the Youth Development Trust Hawkes Bay operated Under Licence from Graeme Dingle Foundation. This included pro bono recruitment to hire staff for the teams delivering the school programmes.
2017 – 2018 Lift Social Enterprise Hawkes Bay. Predominantly gang unemployed youth (NEETS)

2015 – Current Fiona has always been a passionate advocate for disadvantaged and marginalised members of our communities. Prior to her relocation to Napier in 2016, Fiona spent 14 months, on a weekly basis, at Auckland Women's Correctional Facility as a mentor for incarcerated New Zealand women working closely with Annah Stretton's foundation RAW (Reclaim Another Women). She maintains a close connection to many of the women that she supported and continues to advocate for the game changing work RAW is achieving. Fiona was appointed to the RAW Board in 2022

Fiona and John relocated to Wellington in 2023 after 6 years in Hawkes Bay and remain actively involved on a daily basis in the business.

On a personal note: Fiona enjoys spending quality time with her 9 Grandchildren, Photography, Interior Design and Travel
