Our clients specialise in all aspects of Warehousing – Distribution, Transport and
Logistics. Our jobs are mainly located across South Auckland from East Tamaki to
Mangere
About the Jobs:
Not all our jobs
are advertised on our Website, Trade Me or Seek. We do often
advertise on Facebook groups as these are local pages for local people. Many of our
jobs are filled internally by jobseekers who have registered with us and completed
our induction. Often if you have worked for us before and are in between
assignments you will be the first people we call to get you back out to a familiar job
environment.
Most of our jobs require you to be able to commit to 38 – 40 hours a week.
Many of our clients’ locations are not on a public transport line therefore we encourage you to consider this before you apply.
What will you be doing every day?
Each role is different however the scope of the jobs generally includes one or more
of the following:
- Picking and Packing
- Pallet wrapping
- RF Scanning
- Inwards and Outwards
- Stock movements
- Forklift Operation
- Reach Operation & RPT (ride on pallet truck)
- Stock Picker Operation
What do you need to be successful in the job:
- Have some warehousing or logistics experience.
- For the Fork, Reach and Stock Picker roles, you will need to be licensed.
- Drivers Class 2 – 5 must have good regional knowledge and experience
- Be physically fit, active and able to lift 20-25 kgs.
- Have reliable transport to get to work everyday
- Turn up for work each day on time (punctuality is critical)
- Have an excellent attitude and strong work ethic
- A resume that is up to date with a min of 2 work referees – if you have gaps in your work history please talk to us about this so we can discuss your application
