ERG Recruitment Group Limited has ‘Terms of Business’ which relate to our business conduct when working with Clients (employers). Please contact us for a full copy of our terms if required.

  1. Please note that our terms and conditions of business are accepted by a client once you have started the recruitment process with us even if they have yet to be signed.
  2. These terms will apply to every transaction thereafter between the Client and ERG Recruitment Group Limited.
  3. Interviewing a Candidate introduced by ERG Recruitment Group Limited is also deemed acceptance of these Terms of Business.
  4. By choosing to work with ERG Recruitment Group Limited (by authorising an advertisement on your behalf, accepting a candidate for interview, or commencing an ERG casual employee) you will have indicated acceptance of our current Terms of Business.

CANDIDATES

If you are a candidate by searching and applying for jobs listed on our website, you agree that:

  1. Your application information is genuine and relevant to the role advertised
  2. ERG Recruitment Group Limited is indemnified from any claim, loss or liability arising directly or indirectly resulting from the use of our website or by applying to a job.
  3. ERG Recruitment Group Limited takes no responsibility for any interruption, delay, or inability to access our job board or login area.
  4. You accept ERG Recruitment Group Limited has the right to forward your information to potential employers at their discretion
  5. You accept that staff at ERG Recruitment Group Limited can use your contact information to mail you notifications on new jobs and services.

  5. ERG Recruitment Group Limited staff will always work in a professional manner and communicate openly and in accordance with the RCSA Code of Behaviour.
